Infinite Conversations

The Institute Community and Equity Office offers a program for leadership in departments, labs, and centers to assist in self-reflective work in addition to engagement in dialogue about diversity, equity, and inclusion within your teams: Infinite Conversations.

We have compiled a brief introductory list of resources that individuals can use to begin understanding and engaging in DEI work—Ted Talks, articles, and free online tools that are effective for exploring key concepts:

  • Allyship
  • Anti-Racism
  • Culture/Identity
  • Intersectionality
  • Whiteness, white fragility, and privilege

Understanding these terms and concepts is essential in moving your team toward a more open, inclusive, and equitable environment. We will release more topics and recommended resources as our conversations progress.
